All sessions are fully clothed and on the mat, where your therapist will use their body to provide targeted treatment and guide your body into deep stretches to address your individual needs. Monthly membership - $100/month
2 monthly meetings and regular check-ins, open communication access with your coach. Meetings are virtual and can also be "out-of-office" (grocery shopping, park, trail walk, etc) - Reach out to learn more!

1-on-1 coaching program designed just for you and your body’s unique needs. With a focus on proper technique and injury prevention, we help you move better, feel better, and achieve greater physical freedom.
Hunter will film a customized program and send it to you after initial assessment. Following sessions involve coaching for how to perform exercises and enhance program when improvements are achieved.
